725-hp and 695 lb.-ft. of torque. 0-to-60 in 3.1 seconds, a quarter mile run in 10.7 seconds, and a max velocity of 216 mph. That pretty much sums up all there is to know about the upcoming Venom 700R by Hennessey Performance.

Earlier this week, Hennessey has released its latest rendering of the Venom 700R and the batshit crazy Venom 1000 Twin Turbo. The process is pretty straightforward -- SRT Viper owners can send their car to Hennessey's Sealy, Texas, headquarters for an extreme makeover, Hennessey style.

Starting with a base Viper or a Viper GTS, Hennessey will outfit the 'snake' with upgrades including performance intake and exhaust, reworked cylinder heads and a retuned engine computer. Bumping power output to 725-hp, Hennessey is so confident with their package that the American tuning company will throw in a three-year/36,000-mile warranty.

Enthusiasts familiar with Hennessey Performance's past work will know that 725-hp is just scratching the surface. Never failing to deliver, or over-deliver, Hennessey will introduce its latest Venom 1000 Twin Turbo package for the SRT Viper as well. Featuring a ludicrous 1,120-hp and 1,092 lb.-ft. of torque, Hennessey claims that the Venom 1000 TT can rocket from 0-to-60 mph in just 2.7 mph and pass the quarter mile in 9.7 seconds. To cope with the Venom 1000's CERN Hadron Collider-like forces, Hennessey has upgraded everything inside the Viper engine except for the block and crankshaft.

Finally, Hennessey will also offer unique GTS-R-esque aero upgrade options as well as racing equipment such as a rollbar and five-point harnesses. Of course, all this hardware certainly won't come cheap but think of it this way: It's a bargain next to a Bugatti Veyron. Be sure to check out Hennessey's website for more details.
