Sophia Loren Set To Return To Film In 'The Human Voice' Directed By Son

Sophie Loren is set to return to the big screen in "The Human Voice" ("La Voce Umana").

The 78-year-old Italian actress will be directed by her son Edoardo Ponti and will start shooting this month in Rome, Naples and Ostia, according to Deadline.

Loren had previously worked with her son back in 2002 in the film "Between Strangers" ("Cuori Estrani").

The story is based on a one-person play written by French poet and writer Jean Cocteau.
