There is another Marvel series that folks can enjoy on Disney+, “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.” And like most Marvel-backed productions, anticipation on who among the already known superheroes have made cross-appearances is being monitored.
As far as “She-Hulk” is concerned, one character reportedly set to appear will be Benedict Wong. Playing the Sorcerer Supreme Wong, it however remains unclear how frequently he will be appearing and what his role will be.
Wong has appeared in several MCU films. He holds a major role in the “Doctor Strange” films aside from having cameo roles in other Marvel films like “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings” and “Spider-Man: No Way Home.”
“She-Hulk: Attorney-at-Law will be focusing on Jennifer Walters (Tatiana Maslany). She is the hardworking cousin of Bruce Banner/ Hulk (Mark Ruffalo).
Like Bruce Banner, Walters owns the same abilities as her cousin – that of which is to transform into a 6-foot-7 inch green goliath with superhuman strength.
“She-Hulk” will be a nine-episode series, following Walters as she tries to survive her complex life. Part of that is figuring out how she can control her powers and put them to good use and become a superhero.
Although it has yet to be revealed, Wong could play a key role in “She-Hulk: Attorney-at-Law.” Wong will be among those cast for the Disney+ series but his actual role, major or minor, has yet to be known.
Other cast members for “She-Hulk” include Jameela Jamil, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Ginger Gonzaga and Tim Roth.
The wise theory on Wong’s role is perhaps seeing him trying to integrate “She-Hulk” into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. For those who watched “Shang-Chi,” it could be seen that Wong is well-acquainted with Bruce Banner.
Together, they could be helping Walters take control of her powers and also learn the ropes of being a superhero.
