Shakira keeps taking YouTube by storm, this time she sets a new record with her music video "Te Aviso, Te Anuncio."
The Colombian singer, who will supposedly make her music comeback with a new studio album in Spanish, has celebrated a new milestone in her successful career. This time she shares the excitement of yet another record on YouTube, where one of her all-time classic hits, "Te Aviso, Te Anuncio," surpassed 100 million reproductions. The music video becomes Shak's 12th clip with over 100 million views and certified by VEVO.
The record belongs to Shakira's 2001 studio album, "Laundry Service," where the English version "Objection (Tango)" is also included. "I prayed and asked God to send me a good song today, and I remember I started writing the song ['Objection (Tango)'] a couple of hours after," she told Faze magazine about the writing process of the song. "I wrote the music and lyrics at the same time, and when that happens it's really magical to me," she added.
