Shakira, Camila Cabello Were All Smiles At Paris Fashion Week

Singers Shakira and Camila Cabello seemed to have a fun encounter at Paris Fashion Week. They were all smiles and spotted having a conversation at the Viktor and Rolf fashion show.

Shakira, who hails from Colombia, seemed to be making a statement with her all-white outfit. You couldn't miss the Viktor and Rolf coat that had the word NO written in 3D, reported Hola!

She completed the look with gold heels, a metallic purse and matching sunglasses.

Cabello, who was sitting in the front row with Shakira at the show, was photographed wearing a black lace mini-dress. It had an intricate pattern and featured puffy shoulders. She teamed it up with black heels. She opted for a high sleek bun.

Shakira posted a photo of the two singers making a playful pose. They were seen wagging their finger and making a reference to Shakira's "No" statement on her coat.

Shakira captioned the image, "Hanging with Camila!"

Their fans saw the chance to ask for a collaboration. Some were even wondering if the two singers were hinting at a new song.

One wrote that they have been manifesting a "Camila Cabello and Shakira interaction. Both are drop-dead gorgeous Latina queens."

Another called Shakira "the queen," and Cabello "the princess of Latin music."

It's not clear if they are doing a song together, but the statement piece that Shakira wore was a nod to Viktor & Rolf's Fall 2008 collection. It had grabbed eyeballs for its "No" designs back then, as per Today.

In 2008, there were reports on the collection's runway debut. The collection's designers -- Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren -- were making a statement against the rise of fast fashion.

The Dutch designers had said at the time that they love fashion, but "it's going so fast. We wanted to say 'No' this season."

Shakira's "no" outfit seemed to be in sync with her messages in the last few months.

In April, she had addressed the paparazzi and their pursuit of taking photos of her two sons following her split from their father, Gerard Pique.

She had said that during the period of change in her life as a public figure, "it's understandable that there is a permanent curiosity on behalf of the press around me and my family."

However, she noted that her children -- Milan and Sasha -- have "endured a very difficult year, suffering incessant harassment and persecution without relief by the paparazzi and several media outlets in Barcelona."

Shakira and the former footballer, who share 10-year-old Milan and 8-year-old Sasha, separated in June 2022.

As for Cabello, she has been having a great time at Paris Fashion Week. She was clicked on Monday wearing a Prada outfit while exploring the streets of the French city.
