Shakira may have just given birth in January to her son Milan, but the star bounced back in three months to her fabulous figure.
But if you think the global star had it easy, think again! The singer has revealed the entire process to be stressful.
"[Losing baby weight] is the only thing that's been a little stressful," said Shakira to reporters on Monday during NBC Universal's press day to promote The Voice, according to People.
"I knew I had to come back here to do The Voice two months after I had delivered a baby. I didn't have my four months of maternity like every woman on earth has. I'm not trying to complain, but it's been a process full of challenges."
So how did Shakira stay fit? She did Zumba to stay in shape during her pregnancy and continued after. The singer added that she thinks it's tougher for new moms these days and that women face more pressure now than ever before.
"I think that our mothers and grandmothers weren't under the pressure women of today are after delivering a baby," said the star. "My dad says there's nothing better than meat over the bones. So he likes my mom a little chubby. She was never under the pressure to have to get to her old weight - and she never did."
