It's official! Selma Blair will not be returning to Anger Management, after a feud with Charlie Sheen.
"We are confirming that Selma Blair will not be returning to Anger Management and we wish her the very best," said the statement issued by Lionsgate.
The two actors had a falling out after claims that Blair was bad mouthing Sheen to show executives over his bad work ethic. When this got to Charlie's ears, things did not go so well. A report from TMZ claimed that Sheen had indeed fired the actress, which has now been confirmed.
Deadline reported that the ex "Two And A Half Men" star had pushed for Selma's entrance to "Anger Management" despite not going through the first round of casting.
If the report is true, Sheen must have felt extremely betrayed by Blair's bad mouthing of him.
Just a couple days ago, Selma was very excited returning to work on set after a month-long hiatus Tweeting:
We are sure that, that is not Selma Blair's sentiment today.
"Anger Management" has been struggling to gain and keep viewers after its initial 10-episode run. This controversy will make everyone start talking about the show again, but will it make people tune in?
What do you think of Charlie Sheen's new controversy on set?
