Singer Selena Gomez showed up at the premiere of Disney's "Frozen" at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on Thursday, twinning with her little half-sister Gracie Teefey. Dressed up as princesses Elsa and Anna, the siblings grabbed everyone's attention during the event.
The “Fetish” singer, whose current single is dominating the music charts, posted on Instagram their photo and said, “Hope I'm officially the best big sissy ever now.. She was LIVING her best life!!"
The sisters walked the red carpet, hand-in-hand in their matching floral dresses and loosely braided hairstyles. Their matching gray capes with feathers and sequins complemented their boho-styled trendy outfits, which were designed by Marc Jacobs, for his fall collection. Needless to say, their costumes were a tribute to the fictional kingdom of Arendale.
“Frozen 2” is the sequel to the 2013 popular film, which collected about $1.27 billion at the box office across the world, CNN reported. The story revolves around Princess Anna, Queen Elsa, embarking on a journey with Kristoff and Olaf to trace the origin of Elsa’s powers to save their kingdom from evil forces. Throughout their journey, they must face a mysterious storm, massive waves of the ocean, and the evil forces, which threaten their lives.
The premiere show was organized at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California, which was attended by many other celebrities, including Idina Menzel, who voiced for Elsa and Kristen Bell, who voiced for Princess Anna. Little Gracie posed gracefully for the shutterbugs in the event. Other attendees are Ashlee Simpson, Sofia Carson, Teddi Jo Mellencamp, and Evan Rachel Woods.
“Frozen 2” is all set to hit the screens worldwide on November 22. Ever since its announcement, the film has been one of the highest anticipated Hollywood releases in 2019, and the hype will further intensify as the release date slowly draws closer.
