"Keeping Up With The Kardashian" star Scott Disick has apparently decided to seek help in a Costa Rica rehab facility. According to TMZ Disick checked into the Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica, where the site was told they use the African psychedelic shrub Ibogo to send patients on a vision quest. So in other words, to get clean Scott will be sucking down hallucinogenic plants in the jungle.

Well now it appears this rehab stint may not be as straightforward as we first thought. Shortly after Disick announced he checked himself in the clinic Perez Hilton learned that the reality star might have been paid to receive treatment. But why would the facility pay a reality star millions of dollars?

Rythmia Life Advancement Center just opened this year in February and the owners could be looking to generate buzz for more business. And not to mention Disick is already in the news seeing that E!'s "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" just premiered this past Sunday, which makes him the perfect candidate for the position.

According to Perez's website an insider elaborated on the news saying:

"He is 100,000% getting paid by the facility. The rehab center even sent a press release about him. Why would they do that if he was not getting paid? They have to adhere to strict confidentiality. He's pulling down big dollars on this one. I heard mid-six figures."

Apparently a family friend said that Scotty talked to the Kardashians on Monday — and told them he was in Costa Rica on "business."

There may be a bright side to this mess however. Since it seems that Disick may actually have a real substance abuse problem his stay at the rehab facility might actually help him out.
