“Revenge Body” star Khloe Kardashian recently lent her expertise on losing weight and working out to some of the contestants on the reality TV show. The mom of one also showed off her slender waist on Instagram days after the latest episode aired.
On Sunday, Khloe met with two contestants who have entirely different goals. Marketing executive Amy wanted to lose weight so that she and her 10-year-old adopted daughter could do more physical activities together. The 45-year-old adopted her daughter after her husband left her.
Amy started gaining weight following the death of her dad years ago. She said that losing the person who supported her the most to cancer was daunting. As a result, Amy indulged in nonstop eating, and she has gained so much weight ever since.
During her trip to Disneyland with her daughter, Amy was told that she couldn’t ride the Space Mountain because the safety belt wouldn’t fit her. The embarrassing incident served as her wakeup call.
Khloe Kardashian also met with Eddie, a gay man who attended an all-boy Catholic school. According to him, he did poorly in school and didn’t have a lot of friends because of his preference.
“The one thing I knew that I could control was my weight,” he said. Eddie would sometimes not eat anything except for a tiny serving of his evening meal. Oftentimes, he would skip breakfast and lunch entirely.
Unlike Amy, Eddie’s fitness goal is to gain some weight and build muscles. He also said that he has a thigh gap and no man should have one.
The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star also made headlines after she showed off her slim physique via her social media account. In her latest snap, Khloe’s arms and waist look as slim as ever. The reality TV star’s face also looks much smaller than it was a few months ago.
Khloe gave birth to her daughter, True, last year. During her pregnancy, Khloe packed on a couple of pounds, which she decided to lose immediately after giving birth. As of last month, she has already lost 40 pounds.
