Salmon is a popular seafood entree, as the fish is rich in omega-3s and is considered to be the most heart-healthy fish around. This recipe by Chef James Tahhan is a nice twist on the traditional grilled salmon, as it calls for honey mustard marinade and watercress.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons mustard (grainy mustard)
3 tablespoons honey
Radishes 2 tablespoons prepared (prepared horseradish)
2-3 pounds of salmon in 1 piece
1 red onion
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 pound of watercress
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Prepare the glaze by mixing the honey mustard and radish and leave aside.
3. In a nonstick skillet, sealed on both sides of the salmon and then we took him to the oven for about 10 minutes.
4. In a bowl add the finely chopped onion, watercress, vinegar and a tablespoon of olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
5. On a plate serve the salmon, add the glaze over and finally we add the watercress salad on top.
