Guacamole is, without a doubt, one of the most popular dips for its delicious taste. The avocado-based dip is also incredibly healthy as it is made of vegetables and avocados are rich in good fats. A guacamole wrap with chicken is a great healthy way to get your daily vegetable and protein intake. Since avocados oxidize rather quickly, this wrap is best made fresh. INGREDIENTS
2 avocados
1 lemon; juiced
1/2 purple onion
jalapeno (optional)
Coriander; to taste
1 chicken breast (roasted)
2 tortillas
DIRECTIONS
1. Grill the chicken breast.
2. Once cooked to taste, cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
3. Prepare the guacamole by cutting the avocado, onion, cilantro and chili into small pieces. Mix them together.
4. Add the chicken to the guacamole.
5. Add lemon juice, to taste.
6. Add the filling in the tortilla and make a wrap. Cut the wrap in half and serve.
