Is there anything more delicious than a savory crepe? This recipe by Chef James Tahhan can easily become a breakfast staple as it features eggs and ham. What's more, the unique shape makes it easy to transport and eat on-the-go.
Ingredients
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 cup milk
4 eggs
3 tablespoons butter
9 slices of ham
9 eggs

Directions
In a bowl add the flour, sugar, eggs, milk, salt and mix with a mixer at high speed for 30 seconds.
Moreover preheated skillet over medium high heat, add 1/2 teaspoon butter and often add a tablespoon of the dough to crepes, cover the entire surface of the pan with a spatula and took off the edges and turned around it. Let cook for 30 seconds.
Once pancakes lists put 4 on a tray and fold the edges making a square, place a slice of ham and gently break the shell and dropped slightly ham egg on keeping within the square we did with the crepe. Bake for 10 minutes until the egg is well cooked and the yolk is juicy.
