Channing Tatum and Jessie J called it quits and this was confirmed by various news outlets. The couple was together for over a year before they decided to part ways.

Based on the reports, it has been a month already since the two have broken up. They also noted that Tatum and Jessie J are still friendly towards each other despite ending their relationship.

According to People, the reason for the couple’s split was mostly due to their priorities in life. It was said that they are have set their sights on different things and this affected the relationship.

“There wasn’t any drama. They are still really close and good friends, and they just decided to part ways,” the source told the publication. “Channing and Jessie have different priorities and focuses that don’t really align. They had a fun relationship but it just didn’t work out. Channing needs to be in LA a lot so he can spend time with Everly while Jessie prefers England.”

It should be noted that Jessie J is from the U.K. and Channing Tatum can’t just move there with her since he has a daughter with Jenne Dewan who he is taking care of. The “Magic Mike XXL” actor can’t leave his child and this contributed to their decision to separate.

Channing Tatum and Jessie J went public with their relationship in March but the confirmation came late as they have already been together for months. They were first rumored to be dating in October 2018 and this was confirmed when they were spotted walking hand-in-hand in London, five months later.

Meanwhile, Tatum’s ex-wife Jenna Dewan previously expressed her disappointment as it only took a few months for her ex-husband to move on and started dating again. They ended their 9-year marriage in April 2018 and the actor was linked to Jessie J just after six months.

But then again, all is good with them now as they co-parent their 6-year-old daughter Everly. It was first thought that Jessie J and Channing Tatum would end up getting married but it turned out that it is not their fate. On the other hand, Jenna is expecting her first child with her theater actor beau Steve Kazee.
