Queen Elizabeth was reportedly shocked to learn that four royal babies are due next year. According to reports, Kate Middleton, Zara Tindall, Autumn Phillips and Princess Eugenie are all expecting and are set to give birth in 2020.
The four royal women have yet to confirm their pregnancies to the press, but rumor has it that they’re all looking forward to the birth of their babies next year. While the news allegedly came as a surprise to Queen Elizabeth, the British monarch was reportedly thrilled to know that her family is expanding once again as four new additions will arrive in the coming months.
A source from the Palace revealed that Queen Elizabeth is very much thrilled by the idea of a royal baby boom in 2020, especially since she loves seeing young children around. “Kate had quietly announced her pregnancy and everyone suspected Eugenie wouldn’t be far behind, so when she revealed she was also expecting, it wasn’t a huge shock,” said the source.
“Then when Zara revealed she was also expecting number three and Autumn revealed she was also pregnant with her third child, everyone was in complete shock,” the source added.
All the four are allegedly due in March, so the Palace is already panicking over when to confirm the four pregnancies to the public, claimed the report. According to rumors, the Palace plans on announcing all their pregnancies at once so as to not give the impression that one of them is more important than the three others.
News of a pregnant Kate Middleton started to swirl around a few months ago, with some publications even claiming recently that the Duchess of Cambridge already has a visible baby bump. Prince William and Kate have neither denied nor confirmed the rumors, so talks about Kate’s pregnancy continue to swirl around to this day.
Meanwhile, Princess Eugenie’s pregnancy became a hot topic back in August after several news publications claimed that Princess Beatrice might be forced to postpone her engagement to give way to her sister’s childbearing. Princess Eugenie tied the knot with Jack Brooksbank in October 2018.
As of now, none of the four royal women have confirmed their pregnancy, and the Palace is also silent about all the speculations. Thus, it’s better to take all these rumors with a grain of salt.
