Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are the highlight of the royal family as their trip to South Africa is set to begin. The Duchess of Sussex gave birth to their first child, Archie Harrison, in May, signaling the start of a new era for the happily married couple. Master Archie’s presence in the family’s trip to the African continent is definitely going to make the trip even more exciting.

Recent reports say that things will be “a little more lively” for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. News of Harry and Meghan’s love for their child and their little family has sparked rumors of them adding new members to their family. According to an article by New Idea, the Sussexes might be adopting twins.

Following on the recent trend that shows hefty betting odds on Meghan’s announcement of a new addition to their family by 2020, a palace insider allegedly revealed that the couple has already taken steps to having a sibling for little Archie.

“Meghan and Harry spoke about their love of children and wanting to adopt one day, in the early days of dating, with Meghan insisting she wanted to adopt children as well as have her own biologically,” the source revealed.

The publication furthers this notion, revealing that the couple has discussed this with both Queen Elizabeth and Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland. The Queen has previously been speculated to disapprove of this notion as this is unheard of in the royal family. “Harry and Meghan are going to face a lot of opposition from the old guard, but they are stubborn!” said a different source.

It is highly speculated that should Harry and Meghan adopt, it may be facilitated by, or linked to, the Duke of Sussex’s charity Sentebale’s Mamohato Children’s Centre in Lesotho. The Sussexes are already in top-secret negotiations with an adoption agency, reported New Idea. The process will definitely take time, but the royal couple is expected to make an announcement soon, the publication claimed.

The Palace and the royal couple have yet to confirm this claim. Several experts believe, however, that Harry and Meghan won’t have another baby until 2021 as it is yet too soon to add another child, more so twins, into their family.
