Prince Charles has reportedly snatched the Crown from Queen Elizabeth II while Her Majesty’s health is deteriorating. He and his wife, Camilla Parker Bowles, have also been telling palace staff that they are in charge.

A tabloid claimed that the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall have been waiting for the day when they would finally take over the throne. An unnamed source said that between the two royals, the heir to the throne thinks that the takeover is just temporary until the Queen recovers. However, Camilla thinks that it’s permanent.

“But Camilla’s been guzzling her gin in celebration and braying drunkenly to her servants that they’re in charge for good and everybody had better toe the line or else!” the unnamed source said. But this is not where the tabloid’s claims against the royals stopped.

They also criticized Prince Harry’s wife, Meghan Markle, who’s allegedly looking forward to Prince Charles take over after she learned that he will now be giving allowances to the royal family. The “Suits” alum is rumored to be a big spender, and she experienced first hand how thrifty the Queen could be when it comes to money.

But according to rumor-debunking site Gossip Cop, there’s no truth to the claims. The claims are published in an attempt to destroy the British royal family. The publication said that there’s no way that Prince Charles could just take over the role of the sovereign temporarily just because Her Majesty is sick.

When the time comes, he will be crowned as king. And he will head the monarchy and the Commonwealth in its entirety and not just temporarily.

Gossip Cop also said that even though the Queen is already 93 years old and she has evidently passed on some of her duties to the younger members of the royal family, there’s no truth to the claims that her health is deteriorating.

The mom of four is having problems with her knee, and she refused to undergo surgery because of her busy schedule. But other than this, she seems healthy.

There’s also no truth to the tabloid’s claim that Meghan is looking forward to receiving an allowance from Prince Charles. She and Prince Harry are in a good position when it comes to their finances.
