It seems "Pokemon X" and "Pokemon Y" players will get Pumpkaboo this year for Halloween. As of right now the super sized Pumpkaboo has only been confirmed for European players and we are still waiting to hear if Nintendo or the Pokemon Company will reveal if it'll come to other regions.
The Pokemon will be given away via Nintendo Network and comes with both the Trick-or-Treat and Scary Face moves, and will also be holding a Rocky Helmet. As IGN commenter Chipfunk points out there is a chance this Pumpkaboo may have its hidden ability Insomnia.
Pumpkaboo comes in four different sizes including small, average, large and super. Each of these different sizes have certain statistical advantages, with the Super Size version offering an increased healthpool. Even more if you if you are looking to enter the upcoming Trick-or-Trick Friendly Online Competition gamers will need a Super Size Gourgeist and in order to get that 'mon you'll need a Super Size Pumpkaboo to trade.
Downloading the Pumpkaboo is easy, all you need to do is go into the Mystery Gift menu and receive a gift "via Internet." The promotion runs from October 1 through October 31.
