Both the Playstation 4 and the X Box One will be released in mid-November. The companies that make each console have been locked in a bitter competition trying one up each other and get consumers to buy their consoles during the holiday rush. PS4 will be released on November 15 and the X Box One will be released the following week. PS4 and X Box One each have a variety of features to offer consumers. PS4 it at a slight advantage since it will be released first. But the X Box One has a trick ups its sleeve.

It has been announced that the X Box One has the capability to support any HDMI device, which includes the PS4. What this means is that the X Box One will likely be able to support a video feed from the PS4. The details about the compatibility between the PS4 and the X Box One are somewhat fuzzy. X Box product designers have been tight lipped about the ability to play the PS4 through the X Box One. Other PS4 news includes the new version of "Watch_Dogs" coming to the console.

"Watch_Dogs" was getting some heavy criticism for its display resolution and speed of frame rate. Gamers were worried about what they should expect from the game on each of the consoles it was created for. Creative director of Ubisoft Jonathan Morin sat down to speak with the Examiner and had this to say about what PS4 users can expect from "Watch_Dogs," "Right now the frame rate we are focusing on is a steady 30FPS. There's always a balance, especially for open world, between the simulation and the rest."

PS4 users can expect a 1080 finale resolution on their consoles. Morin admitted that the X Box One version of the game "suffers a few dips from the 60fps...PS4 is pretty smooth. Definitive version." Morin's numbers are estimations and not exact but the Examiner does point out that they seem to line up with what most developers have to say when they compare the PS4 with the X Box One. If you don't want to wait until November 15 to buy your PS4 Taco Bell has a way you can get one sooner and for free.
