People's Most Beautiful List 2013: Gwyneth Paltrow Named Most Beautiful Woman, Who Else Made The List?

Gwyneth Paltrow has been named the world's most beautiful woman by People magazine.

What did the actress think when given the news? "I thought someone was playing a joke on me," she said.

The mother of two, who has put acting on the backseat to focus on her lifestyle coach career, said that she does not consider herself a glamorous person, and that she'd be wearing jeans and no make up on a normal day. "When Chris [Martin, her husband] sees me all dressed up he automatically starts joking, 'oh, you are Gwyneth Paltrow!'"

Paltrow has been everywhere lately, with her cookbook "It's All Good" in the number 1 on the New York TImes bestseller list and her next movie, "Iron Man 3" hitting the theaters on May 3. But even with such busy schedule, the multitasking mother finds the time to exercise five times a week. She is loyal to the Tracy Anderson method, which she swears by. "It makes me look younger and feel strong."

Paltrow topped a list that included "Scandal" star Kerry Washington (2), America's sweetheart Jennifer Lawrence (6), indie darling Zooey Deschanel (4) and golden age icon Jane Fonda (5).
