Paulina Rubio. Colate. When will it all be over?! The former couple is making headlines once again following a big fat lawsuit Nicolás "Colate" Vallejo-Nágera made on Rubio.
According to TV y Notas, Rubio's ex-husband claims that the Mexican songstress hasn't paid alimony in three months and in fact has broken the agreement that came after so many fights in court. The public relations executive is suing "La Chica Dorada" for $30,000 because she has not paid the $10,000 per month she agreed too.
Besides the whopping $30K, "Colate" is also requesting more time to spend with his son Andrea Nicolás and hopes to travel with him to Spain during summer vacation.
Paulina and Colate began dating in 2005, got married in 2007, had their son in 2010 and filed for divorce in 2012. What's next for these two? We don't know, but we think too have an idea of "Colate's" mood right about now.
