Today the news dropped that Anna and Kristoff from the hit Disney film "Frozen" have been cast for the upcoming season of ABC's fairytale drama "Once Upon a Time." For those fans looking forward to Kristen Bell and Jonathan Groff as the adorable couple you will be sadly disappointed however, the two actors casted to play Kristoff and Anna actually look the part! Elizabeth Lail will portray Anna while Scott Michael Foster will be Kristoff.
So now that just leaves the question of who will play the snow Queen Elsa? Since the big reveal that "Frozen" characters would be coming to "OUAT" speculations have been running rampant! Twitter fans have spoken out about "Gossip Girl" alum Leighton Meester possibly being a perfect fit for Elsa while others want Broadway star Idina Menzel to bring the character to life in the series. But we think we've found the perfect fit for the role! Check out these X reasons we believe English actress Holliday Grainger should play Elsa in "Once Upon a Time."
1. "The Borgias" and "Bonnie and Clyde" actress has already played royalty (kind of) in a Disney film. The actress will play Anastasia in the upcoming "Cinderella" film starring Helena Bonham Carter as Fairy Godmother, Cate Blanchett as Lady Tremaine and Lily James as Cinderella.
2. As we know Elsa is a complicated character and Grainger has played some characters with complicated backgrounds such as Lucrezia Borgia in "The Borgias." The character is described as Beautiful, clever and brave which are traits we have seen in Elsa.
3. And if you don't think she has a tough side then you're wrong. As we seen at the end of the season three finale of "OUAT" Elsa breaks free from the urn and is fuming mad! If Grainger can fill the shoes of Bonnie Parker in the TV mini-series "Bonnie and Clyde" then we are sure she can muster up enough of that anger and passion to play Elsa.
Check out the poll below and vote if you agree or disagree that Holliday Grainger should play Elsa in "OUAT" season 4.
