Sex predator Harvey Weinstein has had a lot of controversial stories tied to him and the latest involved a former model-turned-actress.
The incident allegedly happened in April 2008 when the woman, identified as Natassia Malthe. She allegedly walked in on Weinstein and another woman at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills at that time.
Malthe narrated how she was tricked into going to the hotel, believing it was meant to discuss an upcoming movie role. But to her surprise, she stumbled on something else.
“They were trying to get me to do a threesome with them,” Malthe said. “I had already said I didn’t want to. … And this [woman] who I think is a prostitute is like, ‘Oh, she so shy,’ and her and Weinstein were laughing. And she gave him a b—job.”
The Norwegian actress added that the woman even tried to convince her to put on a robe and join them.
“He has you by the f—king throat, knowing that if you don’t comply, that your career is down the drain … and that’s not right,” Malthe said of Weinstein.
It was added that the encounter came two months after Weinstein reportedly raped her at a London hotel. This was about the same time when the 2008 British Academy of Film and Television Arts awards was happening.
At the time, Weinstein allegedly forced herself on the actress, pushing her to the bed and then penetrating her private part with his own.
At the time, Malthe also added that Weinstein was referred to as “One-phone-call-away Harvey” because he could make or break careers as the most powerful person in Hollywood.
The trial of Weinstein continues. If convicted, he faces up to 65 years to life in prison. The latest update is that the prosecution has rested its case with the trial expected to last a total of two months, Variety reported.
