Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker is facing serious allegations from six massage therapists who claim he engaged in sexual behavior during sessions at multiple high-end spas between 2012 and 2016.
The women accuse Tucker of exposing himself, making unwanted advances, and, in some cases, leaving behind what they believe to be "ejaculate" on the massage table.
The allegations surfaced in an investigation by The Baltimore Banner, which spoke to six therapists who described similar encounters.
"I've told people about this over the years, and they either act like it's hot goss(ip) or a joke," said one therapist who treated Tucker in 2016. "But it was really degrading."
Several of the therapists reported cutting the sessions short due to Tucker's behavior, while two Baltimore-area spas claim they banned him from returning.
A representative for Ojas, an upscale spa chain, said Tucker was "immediately terminated as a client" in 2014 after a therapist reported an incident. The now-closed Studio 921 also banned him, with its owners stating they took "immediate and decisive action" to ensure a safe environment for their staff.
Tucker has denied all allegations. His attorneys, Thomas A. Clare and Steven J. Harrison, dismissed the claims as "impossible to prove."
"Mr. Tucker has never behaved inappropriately during any massage therapy session, and certainly never in the manner described," said the attorneys in a statement. They also rejected the claim that he had been banned from any spas.
Despite denials, the Ravens and the NFL have acknowledged the allegations.
"We take any allegations of this nature seriously and will continue to monitor the situation," a team spokesperson said. The NFL confirmed it is looking into the matter.
Tucker, 35, regarded as one of the NFL's most accomplished kickers, addressed the controversy in a statement on X, which accused The Baltimore Banner of "journalistic failures at every turn" and said the publication was "deliberately misconstruing events as nefarious."
"I have always made a conscious effort to be considerate and respectful in all of the interactions with the community that I love so much," he wrote. "It is devastating for me to learn that anyone would feel I was offensive in any way."
The women, many in their early 20s at the time, described being unsettled, particularly given Tucker's persona as a devoted Catholic.
While Tucker's attorneys insist that accidental exposures can happen in professional massage settings, the therapists maintain that his behavior was deliberate.
"We can tell if it's intentional or just an accident, and this was intentional," one therapist said, who claimed Tucker making physical contact with her using his exposed genitals.
