While the 2016 Copa América is well underway, Neymar Jr. and Justin Bieber are having a great time watching and practicing some soccer at the singer’s backyard. And although the Brazilian soccer star is not going to be participating with his National Team, due to an agreement between club (Barcelona) and country, he is enjoying the tournament in a different way.
The Biebs took the opportunity to show off his mad soccer skills while playing in his garden, passing the ball back and forth with Neymar, as they bonded over the sport. The two friends both posted the video on social media.
A few days later, the two attended the Ecuador vs. Brazil game in premium seats at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California, where they were spotted taking selfies and having a blast, along with other celebrities like Jamie Foxx.
Neymar reportedly paid a quick visit to wish his teammates good luck on Friday night at the Loews hotel. The number 10 player shook hands with all the players and hugged Dunga and team coordinator Gilmar Rinaldi. After chatting with some of the players, he took off to continue enjoying his time in Los Angeles.
The Barcelona player finds himself in Hollywood after spending some time in New York, where he celebrated winning both, the Spanish League championship and the Copa del Rey with his European club.
Unfortunately, Neymar’s Friday night visit and his attendance to the game with his celebrity friends were not enough to inspire either of the teams to score a goal, and the game ended in a disappointing 0-0.
Next, Brazil will face Haiti on Wednesday, June 8, at Orlando’s Camping World Stadium. However, Neymar will stay behind in California as he is filming the movie “xXx” along with actors like Vin Diesel and Samuel L. Jackson.
