New speculations about Google's Nexus 6 have been revealed! This time the rumored features are in reference to the devices display. The latest report has hinted that the new smartphone might have a 2K display along with several other upgrades.
The Nexus 6 is also expected to feature a 5.2-inch full HD screen covered by Corning Gorilla Glass. However, contradicting reports from sources from Taiwan-based supply chain makers say that many handset vendors may go for smartphones with 2K (2560 x 1440) displays in the second half of the year.
It was reported earlier that Google's Nexus 6 might sport a 5.2-inch with 1080 x 1920 pixel, which means that its display pixel density will be lower than that of the Nexus 5.
Furthermore, the device may come with a curved LCD display with lightweight, polycarbonate body. Economic Daily has reported that the device may be powered by MediaTek 64-bit SoC processor, while G4Games claims the Nexus 6 will have either a "quad-core MT6732 64-bit chip that clocked at 1.5GHz, or the octa-coreMT6752 SoC running at a frequency of 2.0GHz."
The Nexus 6 will most likely be running the recently announced Android L and come packed with 32 GB of internal memory and 3 GB RAM, 3100 mAh Li-Polymer battery and boast of Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and micro-USB connectivity slot. The device is said to tote a 20MP camera with HDR mode or a 13MP main camera and a 5MP front-facing camera.

Keep in mind that all of this is just speculation as Google hasn't revealed anything official about the Nexus 6. As of now the only credible information we have is Sundar Pichai, VP at Google, saying at the Mobile World Congress 2014 (MWC 2014) that the device would be announced in October.
