"New Girl" returns tonight with its third episode of Season 3 and it gets really messy! Tonight's episode will mainly focus on Schmidt and his two-timing ways. Even though Schmidt cares for both Cece and Elizabeth, he is still dating both of them, and refuses to choose between them. But in "Double Date" Schmidt's romance days are about to get really messy.
Schmidt told Jess that he had chosen Cece and let Elizabeth down easy, but in actuality he hasn't done anything. But even though Schmidt pulled the wool over Jess's eyes, Nick knows the truth about his multiple relationships. But the jig is up when Jess invites Schmidt and Cece on a double date with her and Nick. Nick gets put in an awkward situation between his best friend and his girlfriend.
But obviously things are set to go awry, Schmidt predicts that this date will end really poorly, and by the looks of the promo his prediction is spot on. In the midst of all this relationship chaos, Winston is on a mission of his own. He promises to get the foursome a great table at an exclusive restaurant for their double date. Although, there is one big problem, he doesn't have a reservation.
