Federal prosecutors have revealed new details about alleged sexual violence carried out over decades by Oren, Tal, and Alon Alexander, the famous real estate broker siblings who have been indicted on sex trafficking charges in New York.

The charges stem from accusations that the brothers used their wealth and influence to orchestrate a series of assaults, often involving drugs and coercion, across domestic and international locations.

According to the indictment, the brothers "began engaging in acts of sexual violence, including gang rapes, while still in high school," as reported by The Miami Herald. But, as adults splitting their time between Miami and New York City, the brothers' "serial sexual violence only escalated." Attorney Evan Torgan, who is representing two victims, told the outlet that over 40 women, including a dozen from Miami, have come forward with sexual assault and rape allegations

The new motion, made up of conversations transcribed by federal investigators filed Wednesday by a U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York, goes on to detail that they recruited women to parties and trips to the Hamptons, Miami Beach and Tulum, Mexico, making use of dating apps or casual meetings at nightclubs to then lure victims to their apartments where they were often imbibed drugged drinks that impaired "their ability to move, and/or memories."

Many victims told the brothers 'no' or even screamed while the rapes were happening but, on each occasion, the defendants ignored any resistance.

The motion details an episode that took place in Tulum in October, 2016 in which the brothers planned "imports" of women to vacation rental, discussed splitting costs and which drugs (including the drug commonly known as the date rape drug) to give the women in a "Lions in Tulum" WhatsApp chat discovered by investigators.

Another particularly troubling account took place during Labor Day weekend 2016 in The Hamptons, when Alon and Oren arranged for two women from Illinois they met on a dating app to fly to their vacation house in the Hamptons for a party. In messages from Oren's iCloud account they discuss sharing the cost of flights and "then try to orgy them out," the motion states.

During the party, the victim told investigators that Oren gave her a cocktail and Alon took her to a bedroom where said she could not move or speak as Oren raped her.

The Alexander brothers, prominent figures in luxury real estate, are accused of leveraging their status to facilitate and conceal their actions. They face charges of sex trafficking and conspiracy, which could result in life imprisonment.
