After a lifetime giving people the wedding of their dreams, "My Fair Wedding" host David Tutera is filing for a divorce.
Tutera filed to end his relationship with Ryan Jurica, according to People. The couple got married in Vermont in 2003, where gay marriage is legal. However, since they live in California where same-sex marriages are not recognized, Jurica and Tutera have filed to end their domestic partnership.
According to the documents filed to L.A. County Superior Court, the relationship is ending due to "irreconcilable differences." But Jurica has reportedly tried to end the civil union in Connecticut, citing Tutera's insatiable sex drive as the cause.
"After repeated attempts at marriage counseling and therapy, we have been unable to save our relationship due to David's addiction to sex," stated the documents filed by Jurica. "He has engaged in a pattern of hiring sex escorts and prostitutes to support his addiction."
The couple are expecting twins via surrogate in July, and both Tutera and Jurica want full custody of the children.
Tutera has not made an official announcement on the split.
