Miss Sinaloa María Fernanda Beltrán crowned as Miss Mexico Universe 2024

María Fernanda Beltrán is the new Miss Mexico Universe 2024. The representative from Sinaloa was chosen to represent Mexico in the international Miss Universe pageant, which this year will be held on November 16 at the Arena Ciudad de México, where she will also be the host.

Beltrán, 24, is a native of Culiacán, Sinaloa. A graduate in Marketing and Communication, she is fluent in English and French and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence.

The new Miss Mexico has an impressive track record of titles, including Sinaloa Ambassador 2022, Miss Mesoamérica Riviera Maya 2023, International Queen of the Pacific 2023, and Miss Grand Mexico 2023.

One of the keys to her success was her inspiring answer during the Q&A round, where she openly discussed being a victim of cyberbullying and online harassment. Beltrán expressed her desire to become a "communicator of dreams," using her platform to raise awareness about these issues that affect so many young people today. Her authenticity and commitment to social causes resonated deeply with both the judges and the audience.

In addition to her academic and pageant accomplishments, the new Miss Mexico stands out for her modern approach to the role of a beauty queen.
