A Venezuelan migrant known for giving squatting advice has been deported, U.S. authorities informed. The person in question is Leonel Moreno, who used his TikTok account to also explain how to get welfare benefits.
Conservatives online celebrated his deportation, with Fox News host Jesse Watters calling him the "free-loading Venezuelan Welfare King." The host dedicated a short segment on his program to Moreno, showing images of him flaunting cash alongside a small child.
"We told you about Moreno last year when he was trying to become a migrant influencer by mocking Americans while living large off the government dole. I hope you enjoyed the Joe Biden bucks while they lasted," he added.

Watters went on to detail that Moreno seemingly had to be moved to a part of the plane with extra security on the deportation flights as other Venezuelans expressed frustration at his activities.
The Daily Mail detailed that he had been on the run since entering the country unlawfully in April 2022. He had settled down in Ohio with his wife and one-year-old daughter, who was born in the U.S. He was in a program allowing migrants on parole to go free while they're tracked until their next court date. However, in November 2022 he never showed up for a court date in Miami, being listed as an "absconder" from the program. He ended up being arrested in Columbis in March 2024. Now he has been deported.
