Michael Buble and Luisana Lopilato have been remianing strong as the shared that their son Noah has been diagnosed with liver cancer. The couple has vowed to take time off from their busy schedules to tend to Noah's needs and the timing couldn't have been more perfect. It is being reported that Noah will undergo surgery this month!
According to Hollywood Life, Michale Buble and Luisana Lopilat's son Noah has a surgey scheduled for the end of the December to help fight his liver cancer diagnosis.
The site reports that Noah has officially started treatment for liver cancer. His current treatment reportedly consists of shrinking his tumor, and is expected to last until the end of the year.
Daily Mail reports that by the time Noah's surgery comes around, his doctors hope that th etumor will be small enough to operate on. Since his chemotherapy has been going right on schedule, doctors are confident that the tumor can be extracted in surgery.
Doctors also share that they will perform a biopsy before the operation and may continue chemotherapy practices after the operation has concluded.
While the news is very scary for the family, Luisana's sister is confident about Noah's survival.
"If God wanted it to be discovered that way, it's because he wants to save Noah," she tells DailyMail."Cancer is a horrible illness but we have faith in Noah being able to overcome this.We know he will. The time to start a long and very difficult treatment has come but it's got to be done. They say children are normally strong to put up with chemotherapy and my nephew is a warrior."
We recently reported that the couple initially announced Noah's diagnosis to fans via Facebook.
"We are devastated by the recent cancer diagnosis of our eldest son Noah who is currently in treatment in the United States," the couple writes. "We've always talked a lot about the importance of family and the love we have for our children.Luisana and I are going to spend all our time and attention to help Noah to get better, by suspending our professional activities for now.During this difficult time, we ask that you pray for him and please respect our privacy. We have a long road ahead of us and we hope that with the support of our family, friends, fans around the world and our faith in God, we can win this battle."
