Though the Miami Heat haven't raced out to the dominant start many NBA fans thought they would after capturing their second-straight championship last season, LeBron James and company certainly have plenty of time to get any kinks out moving forward. Dropping back-to-back games after opening the 2013-2014 campaign with a convincing win over the Chicago Bulls, the Heat looked out of sorts, despite the fact that some of the league's best talent can be found on the Miami roster. Taking down the winless Washington Wizards by a 103-93 score in their last outing, the Heat are now looking to start a significant winning streak that will propel them up the Eastern Conference standings.

Set to take on a Toronto Raptors team they've upended eleven-straight times, the Heat hope the way they played against the Wizards translates when they arrive at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto. James finished the Washington game with 25 points on 9-of-14 shooting while also dishing out 5 assists. Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade each hit the 20-point plateau while guard Mario Chalmers added 6 points and 8 assists. Happy with the way they moved the ball around as a team, James knows Miami needs to continue to play to their strengths.

"That's what we do," James said regarding Miami's 32 team assists. "We understand that it's easy for everyone when we move the ball, share the ball and we play like that. We know what works for us. Sometimes we just don't do it."

While the Heat will travel to Toronto with an even 2-2 record, the Raptors hope to improve upon their 2-1 mark. Taking down the Milwaukee Bucks 97-90 over the weekend, guard Kyle Lowry feels his team can be dangerous, especially when multiple players average in double-figures.

"Everybody made a concerted effort to try to get the ball from side-to-side and get everybody involved early," Lowry said after finishing the game as one of five Toronto players to crack double-figures in points. The Raptors also showed the ability to clean up on the glass, outrebounding the Bucks 60-38 en route to the Eastern Conference victory.
