Social media went crazy after Ron DeSantis' presidential campaign launched suffered technical failures Wednesday night.
DeSantis launched his campaign during a in a virtual room co-hosted by Twitter CEO Elon Musk.
After more than 20 minutes worth of technical difficulties, Musk restarted the event. This fixed the issues, but social media users quickly jumped into memes, which most hastaging #DeSaster.

Musk blamed his massive Twitter following of more than 140 million followers and the hype surrounding DeSantis' anticipated announcement as the reason behind the glitches. He ended the Twitter Spaces event by offering the platform to other presidential candidates if they wished to use it.
