Not too long ago, the grapevine was abuzz with Kate Middleton’s fourth pregnancy rumors. Rumor mills couldn’t stop whipping out baseless stories about the Duchess of Cambridge being pregnant with twins, covering gnawing health issues and the like. Turns out, Meghan Markle is the next target of dubious tabloid gossip.
In December, a report in “OK!” carried questionable details about Meghan’s secret pregnancy—an unidentifiable source alleged that Meghan was four months pregnant, and the pregnancy glow team with her body language (placing her hands on her belly, just the way she did while she was pregnant with baby Archie ) at an event testified the same.
But, like most other tabloids, the publication failed to join the dots or even provide facts to support their claims. The phony insider revealed that Prince Harry and Meghan were thrilled about the developments, but decided to be tight-lipped about the same, barring a few close connections—Prince Charles, The Queen, Prince William, and Kate Middleton.
The fabricated story uses a bit of the U.S. angle to pad up the story, but things still seem off. Despite it being clear that Harry and Meghan always wanted to break away from the royal protocol, there’s absolutely no relevance to this angle in this context.
Gossip Cop was quick to bust the fake story, and Meghan’s recent appearance at an event in Westminister Abbey confirmed the same. She looked far from pregnant. But, not many are surprised because “Ok!” has a repute of being careless when it comes to rustling up sensational stories that sell.
Meghan Markle, on the other hand, seems quite preoccupied with several things—and she’s bagged a meaty collaboration with Disney. She’s narrating the film. (Walt Disney Studios just confirmed it on their official social media handles.) Walt Disney Studios tweeted, “Disneynature’s Elephant, an Original Movie narrated by Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex, starts streaming April 3, only on #DisneyPlus.” The Walt Disney Studios also tweeted, “Disneynature’s Elephant, an Original Movie narrated by Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex, starts streaming April 3, only on #DisneyPlus.”
Indeed, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have something to be excited about—but well, it’s not a baby.
