Meghan Markle might have put some sparkle into Prince Harry’s life, but that doesn’t mean that there won’t be occasional “pain.” Accounts surfaced that the new duchess ordered his royal husband to do something drastic to his body after marriage.

As stated in a news item via Daily Express in 2017, Meghan convinced Harry to wax his chest, which everyone knows is a painful way to remove body hair. For so long, the prince has been both photographed and caught on camera to be sporting lots of body hair, but things suddenly changed when he met the actress.

“Harry’s been seen as a ‘man’s man’ all his adult life, so this has come as a shock to his close friends,” a source told The Sun. “They all think his new grooming methods are down to his desire to look his shiny best for Meghan,” he added.

If we’ll believe another report by the same publication, the “Suits” actress was alleged to also have forced the Duke of Sussex to cut off ties from his oldest friends. The personalities included Astrid Hardboard, someone whom Harry allegedly had a brief fling with, and Tom Inskip, who was with him during that infamous night where he was snapped stark naked at a Las Vegas hotel suite in 2012.

The insider who dished the info went to say that these people, among others, are the ones who had a “questionable influence” on Harry when he was younger, wilder and freer. They might bring upon temptation “of any sort” that will undoubtedly hamper their goal of building a family.

But, of course, it wasn't just Harry who had to make some adjustments. Meghan also had to choose marriage over her budding Hollywood career and The Tig, the lifestyle blog that she described as a “passion project.” Acting gave her some “creative impulse,” while the blog evolved into a community that enabled her to spread fun and inspiration.

No one will probably fully understand why the Duke and Duchess of Sussex did the things they did. But if it’s because of love, then there’s no question.
