Morgan Carey is causing quite a commotion by accusing his sister Mariah Carey of having an alcohol and prescription pill addiction. Morgan, who recently gave an interview to National Enquirer, revealed he fears that Mariah has hit rock bottom and has spiraled down into a nightmare of mental illness and substance abuse.

During his interview, Morgan expressed his concern about Mariah’s state, “I can’t say that I have ever been around her when she was sober, and that’s very scary. She does not have a support system, and she is not mentally capable.”

Morgan continued by confessing that if his sister keeps going down this road, she could end up like Whitney Houston, “She pushed away the only people who’ve been trustworthy. If my sister turns up dead … I’m not going to look the other way! Anyone who’s filling her glass is jeopardizing her life!”

Mariah Carey, who is currently performing at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and released her new music video “Infinity” this week, has not talked to her brother in over two years. We have no idea what Morgan's intentions are with these allegations, but we hope that everything is a lie for the sake of Mariah's children. The 45-year-old singer has yet to make any comments on the subject.
