The director of Civil Protection of the municipality of Cortázar, Guanajuato, María Guadalupe Mancera González, was recorded performing an erotic dance during a show in the popular "Feria Corpus," a regional event to celebrate Corpus Christi.
Wearing white pants and a black shirt, the official went onstage during the performance of the group Exterminador. In the video, she exchanges some words with the lead singer, who holds her hand and asks her to turn around so the audience could see her.

"The real boss from Civil Protection of all Guanajuato," says one musician. And then someone from the audience yells: "She's the boss, and all the warehouses catching fire!"
Also in the video, there's a man referred to as "Chaparro" who lays down on the stage so María Guadalupe could dance on top of him.
Right away, the singer asks the official to lay down too, motion that the audience approves by chanting "lay down, lay down!"

At first, she refuses, but cheered on by the crowd and the band, she accepts and "Chaparro" lifts up his legs, creating the illusion of a sexual act.
The "Fiesta de la Octava de Corpus," "Feria de los Cirios" or "Feria de la Cera," starts on Corpus Christi and ends nine days later with the religious celebration of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
