Dayanara Torres might be one of the most beautiful women in the universe, but according to new claims she can't get ex-husband Marc Anthony to pay a "decent" child support. Page Six reported that Anthony already pays $13,000 a month in child support and an additional $3,500 in spousal support to Torres. But the former Miss Universe is taking Marc to court within the next few days in order to increase her child support payments to a whopping $112,000 based on his huge earnings. Dayanara, who was married to Marc from 2000 to 2004, believes that her children, Cristian, 12, and Ryan, 10, deserve more.
"She has a running joke with her friends -- she asks them to ask for her money if they run into Marc," said a source. However, the "Vivir Mi Vida" crooner doesn't think he should have to pay more. "Marc has paid every penny, well over $13,000 a month," said Marc's lawyer, Daniel Jaffe. He added that Anthony "has paid for all of the kids' schooling, band lessons, camps, and all medical and dental costs. Virtually everything." He says Anthony plans to oppose Torres' move in court.
TMZ claims Dayanara is infuriated because Marc played the poverty card during their divorce, and he even claimed that he had to sell his private island and let some of his staff go, but when he divorced JLo, he allegedly gave her a $4 million ring. The former beauty queen also added that she was forced to sell her home and move to the Valley with her kids. Anthony is currently making millions from touring, his clothing line with department store Kohl's, and his stake in the Miami Dolphins American football franchise. After divorcing from Jennifer Lopez in 2012, Marc Anthony was most recently linked to Chloe Green, the daughter of Topshop founder Sir Philip Green, for more than a year.
