It has been about 20 years since the hit song "Vivir Lo Nuestro" was recorded, a duet between Marc Anthony and La India. However, it seems that Marc Anthony is not a big fan of La India. He expressed his dislike after a concert he did in Bogotá, Colombia this Saturday stating the following: "This song was recorded with a 'weird chick' which I do not like," he said to all his fans. Marc also said "Vivir Lo Nuestro" is one of his favorite songs, but not the singer who he recorded it with.
It looks like this feud began in 2005 when La India started bashing Marc Anthony saying that "fame has gone to his head and that when he comes back to reality and wants to sing to people, I 'll be around," detailing various media. After these statements were made by the Salsa Princess, Marc Anthony responded to her comments stating "La India talks too much cr*p."
Now what's interesting about these new comments by Marc Anthony is that we wonder what sparked him to say them. Recently, La India was interviewed and when asked about Marc she gave the impresion that any feud they might have had was something of the past by saying "What we did meant something big. Knowing him as an artist, knowing his voice ... We were so young and did not know what we were doing . We put heart and soul, and in my heart will always be "Vivir Lo Nuestro"she said to the newspaper, La República.
Now we will have to wait and see how this story unfolds and what response La India will have for Marc Anthony.
