An Arizona man caught on surveillance video crawling around the parking lot and hiding underneath vehicles to watch women in shorts and flip flops allegedly admitted that he has a history of being "sexually attracted" to feet, according to a report.

Arizona Family reported that police were called to Super Star Car Wash to watch surveillance videos of Jesse Johnson, 28, hiding underneath three women's vehicles and watching them vacuum. All three women were wearing shorts and flip flops.

Authorities found that Johnson was arrested several times in Nebraska for similar crimes. Arizona Family reported that Johnson told police he's "sexually attracted to women's feet" and wants to "look at, touch, or lick" them. At times, he said he "can't control his sexual desires."

Johnson was charged with three counts of voyeurism and three counts of disorderly conduct and remains held on a $10,000 bond.

One of the victims, who went only by Chanelle, told Arizona Family that she "felt very violated" and has "been having nightmares.

"Going into the community and doing this to women is absolutely disgusting and I don't think he realizes what it's doing to us as the victims," Chanelle added.

Per Arizona Family, Johnson's case has been referred to Gilbert prosecutors for misdemeanor prosecution.
