Man Dies While Having Sex With Partner In Hotel

A man reportedly fell unconscious and died while he was having sex with his partner in a hotel in Mumbai, India on Monday, May 23.

On Monday, at around 10 a.m, the unidentified 61-year-old man reportedly checked into a hotel in suburban Kurla, Mumbai along with a 40-year-old woman whom claimed to be his lover. However, sometime later, the distraught woman alerted the hotel's reception and informed them that the man had fallen unconscious on top of her and was now unresponsive, the Times Of India reported.

Hotel staff immediately informed the authorities about the incident, following which the man was rushed to a hospital in Sion, Mumbai for treatment. However, the doctors at the facility declared him dead upon arrival.

Following the man's suspicious and unfortunate death, the officers took the woman to the Kurla Police Station for questioning. During the interrogation, the woman revealed that the man was a resident of Worli and worked in a private firm. She claimed that the man fell unconscious after he tried to drink alcohol during intercourse, News18 reported.

The elderly man's cause of death was not immediately known.

"On the basis of preliminary information we have registered an accidental death report (ADR) in the case and are awaiting his medical report to know the exact cause of the death and also to find out if he had consumed any tablet before the act," an official said.

In a similar but unrelated incident, a man reportedly stabbed his girlfriend to death for refusing to have sex with him in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India on March 19, Latin Times reported.

On Saturday, March 19, at around 1 a.m., police officers who were patrolling the streets in Kundrathur, Chennai spotted the accused, identified as Raja, 38, wearing a blood-stained shirt at a bus stop.

When the police flagged him and asked about the bloodstains on his shirt, Raja confessed to stabbing his girlfriend Kannamma, 40, to death for refusing to have sex with him. He then took the officers to a house where the police found Kannamma lying half-naked with stab wounds all over her body.

On Saturday, March 19, Raja reportedly came to Kannamma's home intoxicated and compelled her to get intimate with him. However, when Kannamma refused his demands, Raja, who was drunk, allegedly forced her to sleep with him. This led to a heated argument between the two.

Their neighbors rushed to the scene after hearing the woman's screams for help. Even though the villagers asked Raja to leave the residence, he returned later that night after everyone had fallen asleep. He then barricaded the victim inside the house and proceeded to stab her to death with a knife.
