Recent reports from South America claimed that a student and teacher made a sex tape, which had somehow made it’s onto multiple porn sites after being shared with select group of friends. Although now, the story is changing and it seems that the original report was false. Originally believed to be 26-year-old teacher Lucita Sandoval and a 16-year old unidentified student, the story circulated quickly through Argentina and even the United States, but the Internet fueled gossip was a complete hoax. The video features two completely different people, not the teacher and student pair. In fact, the woman in the video, though not explicitly named, has been indentified and reportedly lives in the city of Corrientes in Argentina. Additionally, the male in the video, who is seen smiling and giving the thumbs up into the camera, is not a 16-year-old school pupil, but is a college student.

While the sex tape story was falsely reported, the facts surrounding Lucita Sandoval were also incorrect. The “teacher” has not faced multiple disciplinary actions at the school for engaging in sexual intercourse with her students. The local Santiago del Estero paper “Nuevo Diario,” investigated the claims more closely and discovered that there is no teacher or person with the name Lucita Sandoval. The less lewd, but true story is that the sex tape was filmed privately and shared via the WhatsApp social media site, only to be later uploaded to pornographic websites.

It seems that the story of Lucita Sandoval and her sexual adventures with underage students was another Internet hoax. While the game of telephone has been well know for generations, with the story changing as it gets passed from one person to another, the Internet has only exacerbated these types of claims.
