Is there a more powerful force than having a goal? Los Cafres
are inspired by this existential doubt to present “Tu Meta” a song of balsamic nature that works as a preview of their new album Los Cafres TODAY 3 Decades. This material will be available from August 23 in digital stores and will be the first of a trilogy of releases that the band prepares in the framework of celebrating its 3 Decades of their trajectory. There will be three albums in a digital format that will come together in the release of a great album in a physical format in 2020.
The video clip of "Tu Meta" - a recent world premiere - embodies in the figure of a classical dancer the effort to achieve the objectives: in the attempt to please a demanding jury fails but finally shines when released from their own ghosts and finds herself. They shot the images at the facilities of the Julio Bocca Foundation of the City of Buenos Aires under the idea and direction of the filmmaker Octavio
Lovisolo.
The premiere of the clip coincides with the start of the Los Cafres 3 Decades tour, which just had its first concert in Dallas, United States. The North American tour will continue through Houston, Santa Cruz, San Jose, Riverside, Los Angeles, San Diego, Anaheim, Chicago, New York, Woodbridge and Georgia. In October, Los Cafres will arrive with this same tour to Mexico, and in November, it will be the turn of Chile. The 3 Decades tour will continue touring Latin America in 2020.
