It has arrived! "The Legend of Korra" season four will premiere in less than 24-hours on Nickelodeon. The first episode titled "After All These Years" is fitting as we have learned that it has been three years since Korra's battle with the Red Lotus and Zaheer. And from the official trailer we know that Korra will have lots to deal with including recovering from the Red Lotus' poison, battling Kuvira and an Earth Kingdom army and finding her place in the world as the Avatar. Meanwhile, Nickelodeon describes the final chapter of ‘Korra’ as:
"In Book Three, Avatar Korra had to save the world and endured her most intense battle yet. Now broken and bruised, she begins a journey of self-discovery and survival in a new world where the strong prey upon the weak. When an aggressive military force rises up led by the power hungry Kuvira, the fate of the Earth Kingdom hangs in the balance and only the Avatar can set things right."
Since "Korra's" move to digital you can no longer catch new episodes on the network however there are a few ways to watch online. Check them out below:
The first of course is to watch on Nickelodeon. If the network follows last seasons trend new episodes will be available online at 12 p.m., ET. You can tune in to watch on Nick.com or download the mobile Nick app on your iOS or Android device. Watching is free and will accompany limited commercial interruptions.
Another way to watch is on Hulu Plus however, this option is a bit behind schedule so you will have to wait a few weeks to be caught up with previous episodes.
There are a few paid options as well. You can purchase the episode or a season pass via Xbox Video, Amazon Instant Video or Google Play. Again these options are paid and each episode will cost you about $2-3 or you can purchase a season pass for about $20.
"The Legend of Korra" season four episode one, "After All These Years," will premiere and stream Friday Oct. 3 on Nick.com.
