Fans of "The Legend of Korra" have been eagerly waititng for the second season of the show to return to TV. Showrunners announce at Comic-Con 2013 that Korra and the gang won't be back until September but that's ok because Nickelodeon today unveiled the first part of the webisode for "Legend of Korra: Republic City Hustle."

The small cartoon showcases a young Bolin and Mako trying to survive on the harsh streets of Republic City. No word how long the mini-cartoon will be, though if it's like the chibi-style cartoons of its predecessor probably be a four or a five parter. With the premiere approaching you should expect more original shorts to air taking a look at the untold stories of several Korra characters.

On top of the new webisodes coming out Nickelodeon network also announced that it will make the complete first season of Korra available for streaming on its website starting on August 30, giving both new and old fans a chance to catch up with the fan-favorite show before the new season premieres in September.
Fans should expect Book two of Korra to be a lot more mythical than Book one. Show creators discussed part of the plot at San Diego Comic-Con 2013 saying the new season will deal with the spirit world and the avatar lineage. Hollywood website and Hypable report:
"Konietzko and DiMartino indicated that Book Two will take place six months after the first twelve episodes. They said that it will partially take place at the South Pole, in the Southern Water Tribe, and focus on the mystical "Spirit World" and the history of the Avatar lineage and mythology. New characters include Tenzin's older sister Kya, a waterbender; Tenzin's non-bender older brother Bumi; Korra's paternal uncle Unalaq; and her first cousins, Desna and Eska."
