'Legend Of Korra' Book 2 Release Date Revealed! Watch Exclusive Clip From Season 2 Spirits [VIDEO]

It's not much longer now until Korra returns to bend, fight and inspire audiences. "The Legend Of Korra" will be back on Nickelodeon Sept. 13, Yahoo News reported. Book 2 will feature a clash between the real and spirit world, a much-anticipated faction of the series since the dissemination of Book 1. This is the first time the young Avatar, able to bend all elements, will make this journey.

The news comes prior to an official announcement from creators or network executives, but so far four sources have posted the news to Twitter. According to the Nickelodeon Twitter feed, however, an official confirmation won't be too far away either as it tweeted that antsy "Korra" fans will get the answer they desire this week. Thie TV network tweeted Thursday in response to a question regarding its release date:

A Yahoo First Look video reveals the premiere date as Sept. 13, though earlier reports have stated that it is Sept. 7. "The Last Airbender" will be airing on Nickelodeon Thursday night at 7 p.m., where the official announcement is expected to be made. The sneak video -- viewable below! -- states that "Korra" will be back on air Sept. 13 at 7 p.m. on Nickelodeon.
