Angelique Boyer has become a beloved telenovela star starring in a string of hits like "Teresa," "Abismo de Pasión" and most recently "Lo Que La Vida Me Robó." It has been a minute since we last saw her and fans of the former "Rebelde" actress are petitioning on social media for her return to the small screen. Well, it seems like 2016 will be the year viewers get to enjoy Boyer's presence again and it will be times three. Yes! She is the front-runner to star in a "Lazos De Amor" remake that Angelli Nesma is preparing. The producer of her two most recent melodramas has Angelique contemplated to give life to the triplets that are separated as babies that Lucero starred in years ago. The challenge is on and we couldn't think of a more prepared actress than Angelique as she has proven she can move from being a goodie goodie to the most hated woman in telenovelas with such ease.
"I have talked with Angelli [Nesma] and I would be thrilled to work with her again," Boyer told "Hoy" in an interview. In a separate interview with Televisa Espectaculos she said: "There is no response as the schedule for the primetime programming is adjusted but I am super ready to start working hard. Nothing is for sure and I think there are a lot of other people that would love to be in my place and I am sure there will be some sort of casting process. I will respect the decision that Angelli and Televisa make." Although Angelique is playing coy, she is most likely set to star in this adaptation. Best of all is that one of her "galanes" will be Sebastián Rulli.
