Laura Zapata started another social media revolution when she gave her opinion about the Sodi sisters’ trip to NYC to visit Thalía: “They are using the money they stole from their grandma for that trip, hypocrites!” Immediately after, Zapata’s fans started to show their support and wrote comments that agreed with the actress. Apparently, Laura’s fans are just like her family, they even have their own hashtag #FamiliaZapataSolidaria.
Problems between Laura and her sisters began many years ago, they have the tendency to fight about everything, but one of their biggest issues was the wellbeing of their grandmother Eva Mange. Thalía decided to attend to Zapata’s complains and agreed to send “Doña Eva” money for her affairs. But Laura can’t seem to let go of the situation and often posts pictures showing the care she’s been giving to Doña Eva, while Ernestina, Gabriela, and Federica do nothing about it. In 2011, they also made the headlines when they were fighting over their mother’s will and they are expected to face each other in court soon to get to an agreement, if that’s even possible.
Two days ago, “Suelta La Sopa” posted a video that features Ernestina and Federica Sodi's comments about their fun time in New York with Thalía, but when they are asked about their sister Laura one of them responded with, “We are talking about the Sodi Family.” The statements made by the sisters, in which they deny their relationship with Zapata publicly, have started another social media war. Fans, once again, jumped to defend Laura, and even TV Azteca’s reporter Daniel Bisogno had a thing or two to say about the Sodi sisters. Here are some of the discussions that can be found on Laura Zapata’s official Twitter account.
