Larry Hernandez is in trouble with the law after allegedly partaking in a kidnap and assault. Hernandez was arrested Friday, Sept. 25 in California's San Bernardino International Airport due to a request by authorities in South Carolina. The Mexican singer and two of his bodyguards are accused by a businessman in South Carolina for allegedly kidnapping and assaulting him following one of Hernandez's presentations in the U.S. state.
According to many reports, the incident between the men occurred on August 16th, when Hernandez was paid $14,000 for his concert in S.C., instead of the $30K he requested. The mishap is the reason that the "Larrymania" star and his bodyguards allegedly assaulted the businessman and locked him up in a hotel room. Police reports state that the men "wrapped the victim in plastic and began to hit his face and body, before hitting him against a brick wall." They later continued the assault in a hotel room.
As a result, the 38-year-old "narcocorridos" singer and TV personality will be extradited from California to South Carolina to continue with the case. His colleagues, on the other hand, are sending the celebrity supportive messages via social media.
